Cycling has taught me this...

Cycling has taught me this... you can ask me how does a non-living thing can teach philosophy.. see, everyday somehow or other we are interacting with machine or software, so it’d be interesting if we take motivation from them and use them for our day-to-day life. the three lessons that I learned from cycling: Lesson 1: Balance yourself. We all know how to cycle and I bet that no one has learned it without falling down at least once. It is science that we need to keep our balance on the wheel to keep ourselves moving forward, it applies same to one’s life, we need to balance ourselves in every day life. Balance our relationship by nourishing them, balance our family by showing care and affection, balance our work by enjoying the job we do, balance our mind with mediation and balance our heart filled with love. Once you learned how to balance you will never fall down .. you keep moving ahead 😊 .. Lesson 2: Watch your breath. Emotions add flavor to life, manag...

Life changing books

💡.... I once thought How books can change our life, but books have helped me articulate my own emotions or thoughts.📚📚📚..... For all of us who’ve felt this transformation, or for anybody who hopes to find that in a good book, this is for you. i'd like to share some thoughts about two great books in this post: First, If you are looking for a book to inspire you to fulfill your greatest dreams and live your absolute best life 👍🏻👍🏻, then read Robin sharma's - "The monk who sold his ferrari", this books is all about seeking out the most powerful and profound ideas, practices and tools for success, enduring happiness and lasting peace. Author describes about the story of monks up in the highest reaches of the Himalayan mountains🏔⛰⛰, then talks about the power of discipline and teaches how to be courage and leadership.💪💪... I personally recommend this book to teachers, college students, business professionals, or anyone who is ready to do some remarkable...

His and hers..

After a long run John came home late at 11.43pm, he tried opening the door already half slept… before the sound of the keys entering the lock, his pet Labrador smelled him and started woofing from the other side of the door, “I’m coming spooky!” with a mild voice and a smile on his face, which only shows up for his loved ones…John opened the door, completely drained… placing his briefcase case in the sofa and now the phone started ringing, “ it should be her… ” taking a depth breath john picked the call, “ Susie you must be sleeping? ” no words from the other end, “ Sunshine! Still there ?” and that word lightened Susie, a high school teacher, sharp eyed. “ don’t call me sunshine john, you are always away from my sun light! ” that little phony fight again… call lasted for just 6mins, and john slept while she kept speaking, Susie had to hang-up the call with the same text message: “ You d id it for 116 th  time, sleep tight! ”... When the morning rays entered thru...

BETWEEN THE STRINGS..

Another one after a while …                           BETWEEN THE STRINGS.. Music… a part of my everyday life, Music makes me feel alive, energises and excites. Speaks to my heart I would say... I listen to them a lot, when I put my headsets on I will forget the outside world and dive deep in and get lost in the music..  but all these years i never had this thought of buying a musical instrument at all. Few natural thoughts and magical feelings for the past few months gave me this instinct to buy one…. First thought was on keyboard so started to check with people who already plays keyboard and I also googled some, but couldn’t find anything interesting so this eventually dragged me towards a different instrument … the Guitar.. Acoustic :) .... then back on track to check with people who plays guitar and really got inspired with this and saying myself “hell yea! that’s what am talking about!!”.. but I had...

Sound of your own heart..

Writing after a long time..                               With the topic  :                                             "Sound of your own heart....." What do we ultimately want today!? We want a healthy body, we want a secured future, we want a happy family, we want good friends, by all these means, we want  HOPE !   .. Hope is what it drives you everyday… every moment.. There was hope, when you were a little baby you kept falling down, you tried over and over again..but one day you were walking on your own!... Hope has many forms, it is in the form of care when your mom is waiting for you to come home safe.. it is in the form of love when your friends were there when you needed them.. it is in the form of prayers in temples or churches.. the form of humanity when you a...

Live it now.. live it today ..

One more... With the topic:   "Live it now .. Live it today..."   .. The huge problems you once had in life, the huge problems you will have. It really doesn't matter. You are gonna go thru it anyway. You have a single life, The only life. The fact, that you were actually born into this world, is amazing! Isn't it magical to be alive?!   .. You know .. There are currently Billions of people on this planet earth.. But think about all the people that weren't born? Think about all the people that won't be born, if there was a huge asteroid collision which would wipe out the entire population... If you are reading this, Then think how many people who don't even know how to read?!.. And would not even have the capability of using a phone?!.. My point here is, you are lucky to even live. So why do you worry about trivial problems in life? You are born to live and not to prepare live. You wanna meet new people and you suffer from anxiety?...

First move ...

When reading was the miraculous thing that happens every day for me, writing was the purposeful sense that gave me a hand to fulfill the day… Filling a paper with my own words is not just a hobby; it’s a part of who I am. It’s a type of meditation; I mean it gives us the similar effect on our minds when we meditate. If you look closer, our breathing will slow down a bit, you will get into a ZONE where you are free to pick your words, free to describe your own thoughts… a stream of words ... an unconscious flow of energy! If you are reading this now, you are the reason for this blog, with all your suggestions, all your motivations, all your critics and comments too :) .. it started from my school days that I began to write… it was 10 th grade. Poetry, I never knew that words dances, no one told me that but I realized through poems… I fell in love with language... It is a free floating state of mind, each particle around me turned out into a poem… smile of the sunrise, swe...
