We see performance as a combination of knowledge and capacity, when we want to increase the performance we increase knowledge by reading a book, or undergoing training or meeting a performance coach.  All we do is keep increasing the knowledge, Author says “no” that’s not the right way to increase the performance. If you want to perform well, you need to remove the interference which is blocking you to achieve that performance ..  that’s his moto .. remove the interference and you will be successful.
