  I'm a firm believer of this famous quote by Maya Angelou - “ I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”   As colleagues and co-workers you all made me feel so blessed! why? We see performance as a combination of knowledge and capacity, when we want to increase the performance we increase knowledge by reading a book, or undergoing training or meeting a performance coach.  All we do is keep increasing the knowledge, Author says “no” that’s not the right way to increase the performance. If you want to perform well, you need to remove the interference which is blocking you to achieve that performance ..  that’s his moto .. remove the interference and you will be successful.   Stage fear is the number one phobia for human beings.. speaking skill is a life skill but unfortunately our schools, college, university has never taught us about speaking skills. i'd like to share 3 ideas which helped me on stage. Thank you Raj
